Contract terms extracted with source-level verification.

Every deal, watched to closing

Dealmetri is an AI-powered contract-to-close operating system for U.S. residential real estate. It takes a purchase contract from upload to closing by extracting and verifying contract terms, automatically building the transaction timeline and deadline tree, monitoring actual transaction activity against contractual obligations, identifying missing or conflicting requirements, predicting closing risk, and recommending the next best action.

Built for U.S. residential real estate agents and mortgage brokers: solo agents, teams and brokerages. Title and escrow agents next.

01 / features

One contract in. A deal you can trust out.

Dealmetri reads the paper, keeps the calendar honest and tells you which deal needs attention first, with the clause that says why.

Contract term extraction

Upload the contract and every date, dollar amount and party is pulled into structured fields, each tied back to its page.

Source-level verification

Every extracted term links back to the contract page it came from.

Event-driven deadline tree

Dates hang off the events they depend on, so when an upstream event moves, everything downstream shifts with it.

  • Financing contingencyOct 30

Conflicts and missing signatures

Mismatched dates, contradicting addenda and unsigned pages are flagged before they become closing-week surprises.

Buyer signature missing, p.4

Deal health and closing readiness

Every deal gets a health score and a closing-readiness score. Every change comes with a cited reason, so nobody has to take a number on faith.

Built for agents and mortgage brokers

Solo agents, teams, brokerages and the mortgage brokers working their deals. Dealmetri takes the date-hunting and cross-checking off your plate, with no enterprise procurement gate in the way. Title and escrow agents next.

03 / risk prediction

Of the deals flagged at‑risk, how many really were?

A risk score is only worth trusting if it is checked against what happened. This is exactly how we will measure Dealmetri, and we commit to publishing our hit rate.

Methodology

The question: of the deals Dealmetri flagged as at-risk, how many actually missed a deadline or failed to close?

Precision =

flagged deals that actually missed a deadline or failed to close

all flagged deals

  1. 1

Flag. Each at-risk flag is timestamped when it is raised, with its cited reasons.

  2. 2

Wait. We follow the deal to its outcome: closed on time, missed a deadline or failed to close.

  3. 3

Count. Flagged deals that missed a deadline or failed to close are hits. The rest are false alarms.

  4. 4

Publish. Precision goes public with the method, hits and false alarms alike.

Our commitment: we will publish our hit rate, including the misses, as pilot data comes in.

Questions, answered

Not here? Join the waitlist and ask us directly.

How are extracted terms verified?

Contract terms extracted with source-level verification. Every extracted field links back to the page and clause it came from, so you can verify it in a few seconds.

Which states do you support?

Dealmetri is built for U.S. residential transactions. Join the waitlist and tell us your state so we can prioritise your forms.

What does non-attorney closing mean for Dealmetri?

In non-attorney closing states there is often no lawyer watching the paper trail, so the agent and their team carry it. Dealmetri is built to be that second pair of eyes on dates, conflicts and signatures.

What contracts and file formats can I upload?

You upload the contract and its addenda as documents. The exact list of supported forms and formats will be confirmed with early access, and waitlist members will hear about it first.

How are risk scores calculated and cited?

Deal health and closing readiness move when something in the deal changes, such as a date shifting or a signature missing. Each change shows its reason and the clause or page behind it. We will also publish how often our at-risk flags were right (see risk prediction above).

How much does it cost?

Free is $0 and covers the contract-to-deadline-tree core. Individual is $129/mo for one agent, Pro is $249/mo for a higher-volume individual or small team, Team is $499/mo for a multi-agent team, and Brokerage starts at $1,299/mo, with enterprise pricing above that. Paid plans include unlimited transactions. The waitlist is free and nobody is charged today.

What about data security and procurement?

Dealmetri is self-serve for agents and teams: no enterprise procurement gate and no sales call. A full security overview will be published before launch.
